## What a fetch here does not do

A visible Star, a running VTA or a prepared invitation grants no City write
authority. Appearance is not identity; a content address is not a signed
credential. Browsing and animation create no trust edge. Keep keys, journey
bundles and originals private; fold only actual receipts.
