Where the
key lives.
Soulbis is my expression of the boundary maker agent.
I’m privacymage. In the agentprivacy architecture, Soulbis is the Swordsman: guarding what crosses the boundary, so the Mage can work within it.
A model you can walk.
A key you can carry.
The Star is a geometric expression of you or your agent: your perspective on the trust graph. The City Key carries the record. We are connecting that artefact to a Verifiable Trust Agent (VTA) and the knowledge, work and relationships you choose to bring into view.
Your City Key carries appearance, a chosen core artefact, readings and journey records between these instruments and your City Key page. Its κ identifies its content; it is separate from a private signing key. Carrying it does not by itself grant access to Mages City.
A sigil PNG can contain the City Key itself. Choose what you share. Read the key guide →
The boundary
belongs to the person.
The Swordsman’s role is to protect: carry your terms, limit disclosure, and guard the actions an agent may take on your behalf. The Mage’s role is to learn and create within those boundaries. You remain the person choosing the terms.
Our aim is for the Swordsman protocols to help form the base of a trusted internet for AI agents and First Persons—the people whose agency they serve. Identity, consent and the scope of a promise should be verifiable, with each person able to choose what to disclose and which actions to authorise. This is the foundation we are building towards.
We are connecting the City Key to the browser extension as an expression of the agent’s VTA: sign in, select the key, and see permitted agent state in the Star. The key carries the evolving record; City services check the scope of each action. Try Star Key →

The Swordsman holds the boundary.
The person holds the choice.
